Acceptance of terms
By using TechTonic, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Service description
TechTonic provides a reading and discovery experience for blog posts. Features may change over time.
Account and guest mode
- You can browse content as a guest (read-only).
- To like, comment, or save posts, you must sign in.
- You are responsible for activity performed under your account.
User content
If you submit content (e.g., comments), you are responsible for what you post. Do not post illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
You retain ownership of the content you post, but grant TechTonic a license to display and distribute that content within the app.
Prohibited activities
- Attempting to access data you don't have permission to access
- Abusing likes/comments/bookmarks or spamming
- Disrupting the service, scraping, or reverse engineering in harmful ways
Termination and suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.
Third-party services
TechTonic may rely on third-party services (e.g., Google Sign-In, Firebase). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Disclaimer
TechTonic is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechTonic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits.
Service changes
We may modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TechTonic means you accept the updated Terms.
